Well the bad news is that Yesterday the agent in the uk wrote late in the afternoon to say that the tenants she had lined up were pulling out and could not afford to take on our house as one of them had dropped out, i phoned the husband to tell him and ask him what i should reply to the agent, and he said .......Oh no and guess what ......the tenant here has just phoned me and said he is moving out after xmas as he has had his hours cut down at work and he can't afford the rent he is moving to somewhere cheaper.....CAN THINGS GET ANY WORSE FOR US.......

I'm sorry you are having problems with renting in this economy as it has put such a whammy on all of us. The job market stinks as well, but I'm thankful my TN son got a job, probably temporary, don't know.
