NOT TOO GOOD

SATURDAY........

Well both the hubby and I are not feeling too good today we have a bit of a headache and our stomachs don't feel that comfortable, mind you after the other day and not going properly maybe a good clear out  ( if it is going to happen ) would be a good thing,

Isn't it funny how when you have a bad stomach you always get a head ache with it and yet they are quite a way away from each other aren't they, i have decided that because other people don't talk about personal things like this ....I will, after all we all have our problems with our inners and i can never understand why people don't like to talk about it, the husband and I talk every day about how we have performed on the toilet,
Do you know how important it is that you go properly every day, i know of some people that have had terrible trouble ( my sister for instance ) and when she went to the Dr about it he said .....don't worry it is not important that you go every day, which i thought was a really stupid thing to say, as a dr he should know that it is important very important otherwise all those poisons are building up in your system and making you feel bad plus it makes your breath smell and you feel like death
If by the way you do have a problem of not being able to go try not to take things from the dr try and do it naturally  liquorice, figs, and prunes are good ( not all at once though or you will be stuck to the loo or as our American friends might say " the john" for days ) also drink plenty of water

That's a point why do Americans call the toilet the John or the can, and are there any other names that you know it as
In the uk they have a few names for it .......The bog....the loo....going to take the dog for a walk.....the crapper.....going for a dump....going for a piss
i can't think of any others, I wonder what they used to say in the Victorian times and before that

Oh well i have done enough bleating on, so i will go now .......Oh by the way with us both feeling not that good i don't think we will be going for our Chinese buffet tonight
