TENANTS

TUESDAY.........

I don't know if i have told you this, but the tenants we had in our house back in the uk were Polish and a few weeks ago now they gave us notice ( well our agent back there, not us directly ) to say they were going back to Poland which we were very sorry about as they were good tenants,
Any how our agent has told us that there are 3 young men in their 20's god help us that want to take on the house, and because we don't have a choice we have had to say yes, although the husband and I are not very keen on it, we are thinking 3 young guys in their 20's are we looking at noisy party's and people coming in and out at all hours thumping up and down the stairs being noisy out in the garden late at night etc upsetting the neighbors who we are very fond of and promised when we left that we would make sure that we never get those kind of tenants in
So we will just have to wait and see and hope that they are good boys and don't course us any trouble, the agent has promised that she will keep a close eye on them and make sure that they abide by the rules we have set out in the letting contract,
That is the trouble being so far away from our house we can not keep an eye on it ourselves we have to rely on someone to do it for us
