THURSDAY.........
Well today after lunch i thought i would sit out in the sun for a bit, it is something that i don't often do here even though we have the sun every day and it is hot, i am not a great one for sitting in the sun i find that now days it makes me feel sick if i am out in it for a while, when i was younger i used to get the girls off to school and then i would lay out in it all day, but not now,
anyway i could only stay out in it today for 10 minutes as it was too hot....sorry for all of you that are up their necks in snow ice and rain.

That alright,If you don't want to stay out in the sun someway good for you at reast protect your skin from the skin Cancer.
