NICE DAY

MONDAY.........

Well we ended up having a nice day so far today, this morning we had a community meeting and we thought it was going to be a long drawn out meeting because there is one man that always likes to make a bit of trouble about the simplest things, but thankfully this didn't happen and the meeting finished early so we went with our friends that we usually go out with on Saturday nights  (who happens to be the president ) for a coffee, and we ended up staying for lunch as well all in all it was a lovely morning and made a nice change for me 

Last week my friend was saying that she has the starting of cataracts and i gave her some eye exercises to do and she said she is already feeling the benefit, she is also looking at her diet as well, she has caught it right at the start and with a bit of luck will be able to get away with having anything done
