SATURDAY.........
Well I am quite happy today let me tell you why, it's not very special but it means a lot to me
As you know I have been on this diet now for 2 weeks, and although I can feel I have lost weight with my cloths nobody has actually said ....aww you look like you have lost weight,
But this morning the husband said it without any prompt from me and then when I went into the chemist in the airport to get my next box of shakes the man in there said he can see it is working, so I have to say that it made me feel good, so I am going to carry on with it for another couple of weeks
Nothing much else to tell you I am sorry to say oh ! sore a wedding today, it is strange that we have lived here for 5 years and only seen about 3 weddings, yet in the uk you see them all the time specially on a Saturday

I guess you lived in a small Island that you don't expect to seen much anything likes the UK?

ReplyDeleteThat is my grand son he is just coming up to 7 in October and he has just joined Karate...he loves it
The weight seems to be coming off fine now and I have started walking up and down the stairs inside and out
